Carbon Footprint Challenge 2019
The Carbon Footprint Challenge is an open innovation challenge for students and young professionals to support and develop ideas in collaboration to turn them into sustainable business opportunities. Ideas that can decrease the carbon footprint of manufacturing, industrial processes as well as for products
throughout their entire value chain.
The challenge brings together idea holders, individuals with a drive for change, representatives from the industry and academic world with valuable expertise and experience. The challenge starts with registrations and idea submission on the innovation portal, followed by an idea development stage where the teams can interact with experts. The top five teams are invited to a two-day final event in Zurich, Switzerland including coaching and workshops to get ready for the final pitch for the 2019 jury.
The winning team is awarded with up to CHF 10, 000 to support the realization of their idea.
